Changes to an order are not accepted once placed
Change and Cancellation Policy
To request an order cancellation, contact us immediately at stickerboistudio@yahoo.com with your name and order number. Orders that have been marked as fulfilled or shipped cannot be canceled
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, a second email will be sent with shipping information. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting stickerboistudio@yahoo.com
Order Shipment and Tracking Information
All customers are responsible for inputting correct shipping information when placing an order. StickerBoi Studio does not take responsibility for the input of an incorrect address. If your order has not shipped yet, you may request an address change by contacting stickerboistudio@yahoo.com with your name and order number. If your package has shipped, we will not be able to change the address or reroute it. If the address given is incomplete or comes up as incorrect in our software, we will contact you as soon as possible. A timeframe of 3 business days will be given to provide a correct address. If a correct address is not given within that timeframe, your order will be canceled and refunded
Incorrect Shipping Address and Returns
If you believe that your order has been returned to us, please contact stickerboistudio@yahoo.com with your name and order number. If you would like your order re-shipped, the shipping fee will need to be paid again. If you do not wish to receive your order, it will be canceled, and the product amount will be refunded to you. Taxes, fees, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
StickerBoi Studio is not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. StickerBoi Studio is only responsible for orders up until they are picked up by the mail carrier. StickerBoi Studio does not have the shipping timeline for your package. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages, or contact the mail carrier with any questions
Lost Packages
Sticker-only orders with the sticker-mail fulfillment profile are not fitted with a tracking number, and StickerBoi Studio is not responsible for lost orders.
